Job Purpose

Performs general administrative duties, including answering phones, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, handling mail, and preparing routine reports.

Job Duties
  • Produces, collects, sorts, and files documents.
  • Creates, enters, and maintains information in a database.
  • Handles incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Prepares routine reports.
  • May assist with making travel arrangements.
  • Schedules meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Responds to inquiries.
  • Operates office equipment.
  • Answers phones and greets visitors.
  • Orders supplies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: None Required. 
  • Certification/Licenses/Registration: None Required.
