Job Purpose

Performs general administrative duties, including answering phones, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, handling mail, and preparing routine reports.

Job Duties
  • Performs all front desk/administrative duties for department
  • Greets guests and donor
  • Responsible for intercepting all unanswered calls for the department
  • Covers the phones during weekly Monday morning meetings and other department meetings
  • Keeps inventory of office supplies and stationary, places orders when needed
  • Keeps inventory of kitchen supplies, places orders when needed.
  • Also responsible for maintaining kitchen and break room area, included but not limited to keeping space clean
  • Handles donor gift receipt printing process
  • Maintains department conference room reservations and calendar
  • Assists in Concur reporting for department
  • Submit various work orders for department
  • Assists Events team in various onsite preparations and projects
  • Assists Marketing team in various onsite projects
  • Distributes department mail daily
  • Responsible for receiving, logging, scanning/coping and mailing donor checks to lock box
  • Maintains confidential donor information
Minimum Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Required: No experience required.
