Baylor College of Medicine's Department of Anesthesiology is seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dynamic team across multiple affiliated hospitals. Key Responsibilities
•Administer all forms of anesthesia (inhaled, IV, neuraxial, regional) for surgical and medical procedures
•Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans
•Monitor patients using invasive and non-invasive techniques
•Respond to emergency/code situations and manage airways
•Document all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and thoroughly
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in nursing
Licensure:
- Current RN license in Texas
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification (NBCRNA)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) credential
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (required)
