Summary
The Faculty Physician will serve as a key member of Baylor Medicine's Concierge Healthcare and Executive Health programs, providing high-touch, personalized care to a select panel of patients, including corporate clients, donors, and executive populations. This role focuses on comprehensive preventive, acute, chronic, and complex care within a physician-led, team-based model emphasizing exceptional service standards and patient experience.
Responsibilities include managing individualized care plans, coordinating specialty and inpatient care, reviewing diagnostic results, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. The physician is expected to provide same-day access, maintain responsiveness within 4 hours, and achieve top-tier patient satisfaction and quality benchmarks.
This position operates within a concierge model with smaller patient panels (~600 patients), extended appointment times, and a strong emphasis on relationship-based care, innovation in preventive health, and participation in program development initiatives.
